Rovers made 4 changes for tonight's clash, Paul Green for O'Connor, loan signing Harry Worley from Chelsea for captain Graeme Lee, who drops to the subs bench, Thornton replacing Forte, who also drops to the bench and Price returned after a suspension taking Lewis Guy's starting spot.

FIRST HALF

Forest had most of the possesion in the first 10 minutes. 3 successive Forest corners and a penalty shout showed just how much they wanted to get their own back on Rovers for their Christmas defeat at Belle Vue.

Rovers had a free kick from a yard outside the penalty area, which Coppo' took and forced a brilliant save out of the Forest goalkeeper as the ball was homing in on the top corner. 15 minutes in and a tackle from Lockwood left Agogo on rolling the floor in the box, shouts for a penalty, but the referee gave a goal kick to The Rovers.

35 minutes gone and a clash of heads between Bennett and McCammon left McCammon motionless on the 'not so true' pitch, and had to be stretchered off, with Dyer comeing on in his place.

44 minutes up on the clock, and STOCK received the ball in the Forest half, took it on about 15 yards and from 35 yards smash a goalkeepers nightmare of a strike into the top left hand corner, what a goal.

SECOND HALF

Forest began to put pressure on the Rovers defence durring this half although Rovers were still deadly at times.

Forest started pushing Rovers back into their own 18 yard box. Commons sent in a thirty yarder that Sullivan directed round the post for a corner.

On 70 minutes, Commons put a 25 yard curling shot just wide of a post. Two minutes later, Price passed inside to Dyer who shot from 25 yards but hit it equally as wide.

The final whistle was music to the Rovers fans ears, who completed a fantastic double over Forest for the first time ever!

3 points, and back on track!
