Mulligan signs on for more.

Dave Mulligan, the right back that we thought we never needed who proved a valuable addition has been snapped up by Penney on  full contract. Released by Barnsley the Scouse Kiwi who features for the New Zealand International team this summer came to Belle Vue to secure a contract and did so with some style.

Now signed with Rovers till 2006 Mulligan, who is known for his willingness to talk to fans away from games, will hopefully play a good part in next seasons assault on the second division.
