Speaking to The Doncaster Star
DONCASTER Rovers boss Sean O'Driscoll says that the club haven't had time to worry about playing Aston Villa in tomorrow's FA Cup tie.
"Usually FA Cup ties like this get a big build-up throughout the week, but we had to concentrate on the replay at Cheltenham
"Apart from that, we've had three or four camera crews here as well as Tony Christie, which was quite a surprise, and we are bang straight into the game.
"In a sense, that is quite a good thing because nobody is sitting around thinking what they might play and who they might pick.
"When you draw a Premier League club you want to play one of the top clubs and Villa are fourth and are a really big club with a great tradition.
"I think everyone was delighted when we drew them, though we still had to beat Cheltenham
"They are doing really well so we couldn't have asked for more."
Rovers go in to the tie unbeaten in their last five games.
"People keep telling me that we are in good form and I keep saying that we've been in good form all season," said O'Driscoll.
"What we've got at the minute is good results. We are starting to score from some of the chances that we've created.
"Of course it will be a test. But we have created chances in every game we've played and we'll go into the game thinking that hopefully we'll create chances.
"We are in a period of time when we've converted some of the chances we've created and if that continues then we've got a chance."
Rovers are without the versatile James Chambers, who serves a one-match ban, and also have doubts about fellow defenders James O'Connor and record signing Matt Mills. But both are expected to be passed fit today
