According to Doncaster's manager, tonight's opponents are more or less the 'perfect' football club - an ideal model for any in the Championship who aspire to life in the top flight. The Baggies are a 'yo-yo' club, winning promotion one season and dropping down the next, but O'Driscoll thinks there is plenty to admire in the way they operate. "They have solved the conundrum of getting in the Premier League and dropping back down again," he said. "I don't suppose their supporters are too happy but the whole club is structured to doing things within their budget and remaining strong. "Teams that come down from the Premier League are usually in some sort of state of turmoil, but Albion's whole business strategy is structured so that coming down doesn't give them any problems," he said. "The club has no debt, it doesn't owe anyone a penny, the training ground is pristine, and year-on-year, they get stronger and stronger. They play good football too - they are almost the perfect club, I suppose." Rovers visit the Hawthorns looking to build on impressive results in their last two games against Cardiff City and Reading. However, O'Driscoll believes the Baggies are 'head and shoulders' above anything else in the division. "They are the best team in the division, they have everything," he said. "It will be a really good test to see if we can do the things we want to do against quality opposition."
