Sean O'Driscoll - Staying in this division is an achievement

For the second time this season, Wolves beat Rovers with a late goal, this one coming deep in stoppage time on the day they were presented with The Championship trophy.
Now O'Driscoll, a lifelong Wolves fan, wants the pain of defeat to drive his players on to better things in 2009-10.
"That's the story of our season - and probably the story of Wolves' season too," he said. "We have just got to improve.
"Staying in the division has been an achievement and we have hit a lot of our targets. All the players impressed me, especially as we were short of a number of first-team regulars.
"Kazenga LuaLua, in his second start, showed he has got something and, once he gets a bit more experience, he will be a threat in the Championship.
"The centre-halves haven't really played together and Sam Hird has impressed everybody. He is intelligent and reads the game well.
"We have to move the ball and pressurise situations because we can't compete with all teams for strength.
"Once we walked off at Plymouth, we knew we had maintained our status, so that's done and dusted and we have to try and focus on what is going to happen next season.
"With the resources we have, we don't want to spend long patting ourselves on the back. We deserve to be here. We have played football some people have rated as the best in the division and it's no fluke that we are where we are.
"We thought it was going to be difficult and it's going to be more difficult next season. We have to be stronger.
"I won't say how many players we're going to sign. If I could get 11 who are better than the players I have, I would sign them. But it's not easy to improve the squad without spending a lot of money.
"It's difficult to maintain things……look at Bristol City. It takes investment and we're not big enough to spend a lot."
