Oji joining Rovers on a 6-week loan period and could feature in Saturdays game against Bristol City.
He will be playable in all cup games other than ones against Birmingham City.
The centre-half is a former Arsenal trainee and left Highbury during the 03/04 season. Oji was then signed by The Blues and has been a regular in a successful Birmingham Reserves side.
Oji will complete the paperwork tomorrow (24th November).
