"You always learn lessons from any game," "You go away and look at things and see what you could have done better. You talk about the game and look at the video. "The way we failed to take anything from the Newcastle game was gut wrenching and it wasn't a nice journey home. "But the players came in on Monday morning and we had a chat about a few things. We got out on to the training pitch and we started to work on things and put them right and the players we've got are all for that. "They are all prepared to listen and then go out and work on things and also have an input into what we actually do. "Our coaching is based around players making decisions because we can't make decisions for them during a game. "Blackpool on Saturday will be a different kettle of fish, but the basics are the same." Defenders James O'Connor and Gareth Roberts both did light training sessions yesterday. "Both came through okay and they'll definitely be fit for the weekend," said O'Kelly. Roberts has sat out the last two games with a calf strain and O'Kelly said that he would be pleased to see him back in action. "Gareth has been excellent - as have all the other full-backs who have played this season," he said. "But Gareth, in particular, has stood out. Being a natural left-footer he gives us options down the left . "His willingness to get in front of the ball also gives us an outlet down the left."
