Mulligan transfer listed

Doncaster Rovers New Zealand International full back David Mulligan has been placed on the transfer list by Dave Penney.

Mulligan, who has not featured in any major way this season, came from Barnsley and after some sensational early performances seemed far to good to arrive on a free.

Lack of consistency this season has seen him drop below the required standard.
