McSporran not ready for Monday

Although Jocky McSporran has made a quick recover form the injury sustained during pre season his first team debut is still not at hand. On Radio Sheffield Penney finally admitted "Blundell cannot buy a goal at the minute" and that Guy Ipoua " Still had more to do" to command a first team place. This leaves Doncaster still short of quality up front with Leo Fortune West leading the line by example but not having a partner that can trouble League One defences.

McSporran is pencilled in to play in the reserve team game on Wednesday and could hopefully see a return to action quickly after that, leaving Blundell wondering whether he will start.
