Injuries mount at the back

Tonight's game at Belle Vue see's Rovers with several key injuries, all at the back. Our two favourite centre backs are out with Steve Forster suffering with an ankle injury, and Mark Albrighton with knee problems since twisting it against Torquay. We have two left backs out with Nico Priet (foot) and Chris Beech (groin) out for the game joined now by first choice right back Simon Marples.

This leaves a back four to start of Tim Ryan, David Mulligan , David Morley and Nick Fenton with players like Johyn Maloney and Jamie Price on the bench.

The suspension of Ravenhill means John Doolan will be partnered in midfield by Paul Green , and a possible return to the bench for the troublesome Adriano Rigoglioso.

Neil (brother of Alf) Roberts is cup tied, leaving Fortune West and Blundell as the possible starting pairing.
