Heffernan came on as a sub against Gillingham and scored two comfortably taken goals, something we have lacking in the passing months; he was a bench warmer for Bristol and it is unfair for him to be parked on his behind again after signing him.
Heffernan is the answer to the goal drought at Belle Vue and so it could be over if we play him regularly.
