Doncaster v Sheff Utd

Last updated : 20 March 2010 By Footymad News

Doncaster will be without Billy Sharp, who cannot play against Sheffield United under the terms of the striker's loan move from the Blades.James Hayter is expected to start, and Adam Lockwood is pushing for a return after recovering from a foot injury.

United skipper Chris Morgan is serving a two-match suspension.

After suffering seven consecutive away defeats, Sheffield United face a team whose inspired recent form has resulted in an unexpected charge towards the play-offs.

Doncaster are eighth and, like United - the team immediately above them - are looking to keep up the pressure on Cardiff, who have been nervously clinging onto the final play-off position for some time.

Rovers have won their last two matches and are unbeaten in five. Only Premier League-bound Newcastle are currently enjoying a longer unbeaten run in the Championship.
