Doncaster Rovers take on the towns cricket team on Sunday
The game starts on Sunday at 2pm) in the annual Twenty20 match.
Rovers will be defending the RJ Cadman Construction Trophy.
They will again be captained by the club's director of football, Mickey Walker.
The former Yorkshire Schools' batsman, who is likely to open the batting, has named a strong line-up of first-team stars including James Coppinger (if fit), Sam Hird, Ben Smith, Waide Fairhurst, James Hayter and Gareth Roberts.
Assistant manager Richard O'Kelly, chairman John Ryan and goalkeeping coach Lee Butler are also pencilled in to play.
Butler played in last year's game and won the inaugural Champagne Moment award - an award dedicated to the memory of former Town chairman Ian Dickinson, who died last year.
Town captain Nick Johnson has again named a mixed side for the game, which will be followed by an auctioning off of the Rovers' players cricket shirts.
Admission, for what is always a fun-filled event with some dubious scoring by the scoreboard operator, is by programme at £2. Parking at the venue is £5.
