Birmingham City to move for Doncaster record signing Matt Mills on Monday after being watched by The Blues manager last night?

As reported on here recently Birmingham City are known to be keeping an eye on the performances of Rovers central defender Matt Mills and could be ready to bid for the player as late as Monday,after being watched several times by The Blues number two Roy Aitken.Stronger indications of their interest in the player grew  last night as Birmingham manager Alex McCleish and his assistant  were at The Keepmoat on a scouting mission (although it could be that he just didn't fancy staying in his Sheffield hotel)!
