Doncaster Rovers midfielder Mark Wilson prefers to take the positives out of Saturday's 2-2 draw at Glanford Park going into tonight's home game against Swansea
"It was only a stoppage time penalty which cost us the game," said Wilson. "Martin (Woods) jumped up to try and block the ball unfortunately it hit him on the hand. "Don't forget that we were down to nine men at the time having had two men sent off. "Although it was disappointing to have to settle for a draw after being 2-0 up, I think that we've got something to build on. "We played some very good football at times - especially in the first half. You are never going to control a game for 90 minutes - especially away from home - and you expect your opponents to have spells on attack. "Scunthorpe aren't a bad side either and are unbeaten in their last four games. Preston were destroyed by them in their last home league game so to go there and perform like we did was a big plus for us. "Swansea did very well last season after being promoted to the Championship but they seem to have lost a bit of momentum after the departure of manager Roberto Martinez and several players. "But they are still a passing side and they are going to be well organised and well prepared, so it is going to be a tough game. "We've now gone four games without a win and we need to start picking up three points as quickly as possible. "But we don't get caught up on results as such. Look at last season, we were bottom at Christmas but we turned it around in the second half of the season. "As long you can take positives out of the game you know the results will eventually start going your way." Even though Swansea beat Sheffield United 2-1 at the Liberty Stadium at the weekend, they have made a poor start compared to recent seasons, and new boss Paulo Sousa has already come under fire from some disgruntled fans.Rover's midfielder Mark Wilson sees positives in the Scunthorpe result
